• violates applicable law,
• involves automated access or bots.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights to the platform (design, code, brand) belong to Blossom Dating. User content (e.g., profile photos) remains your property; you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.

5. Subscription & Cancellation

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Payments already made are non-refundable. You may delete your account at any time.

6. Disclaimer

Blossom Dating is not liable for the actions or content of other users. Use of the platform is at your own risk. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by German law. Jurisdiction is the registered seat of Blossom Dating.
